It’s not about our kitchens… it’s about their kitchen
Our approach is simple: we listen first, and talk later.
Pretty much the opposite of what most of our competition does!
Every project begins with an in-depth consultation, where we explore our customers ideas and refine them into a design which truly embodies their needs and vision.
Which is why we’ve reimagined what a kitchen showroom should be
In fact, we’ve totally stepped away from what most people expect from a traditional kitchen showroom, starting not with the products we offer, but with what we understand about the customer experience.
Modern customers don’t want to spend hours walking through endless displays of different kitchens they never asked to see before finally (hopefully!) stumbling upon what they are after. Or, worse, being told what they should want by salespeople who have no concept of their vision.
Instead, we guide customers through a process which feels like a conversation rather than an unwanted sales pitch. No hustle, no walls of cabinet doors or acres of marble worktops, and no showing off how many different types of kitchen we can build. What we do is show our customers how they can build their own.
It’s all about helping them realise their vision, not ours.
Exploration > Refinement > Decision
From there, we make the experience as seamless as possible. By using their own ideas and vision as a starting point, we guide them through exploring their design, refining their options, and moving confidently towards making a decision.
The journey is curated by our experts, but it is very much led by the customer. It’s a model designed around how people actually want to buy kitchens, and it’s one that builds trust, drives sales, and builds a reputation which keeps customers coming through our doors.
We understand that the customer journey doesn’t start when they come through our door, it begins from the moment they decide to renovate. As soon as they discover us, either online, or by word-of-mouth recommendation, they have the opportunity to start designing their layout online at their own pace. This way, they can be involved as much or as little as they want in the design process from the very beginning. When they arrive for their appointment, they’re already informed and, more importantly, they’re already engaged.
