You’ll very much be in control, but you’ll never be left to figure things out on your own.

We aim to give you the best possible start in your new business, and that means doing all we can to ensure you have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make it work.
Comprehensive pre-launch training
We’ve designed an intensive three-week training programme to prepare you for every aspect of running your own goodbrother™ Kitchens franchise. It will include:
- Two Weeks of combined classroom and practical training in our core operations, customer care, and business model.
- One week at the Baumann manufacturing plant in Germany, where you’ll gain in-depth product knowledge about the ranges we offer, and come to understand the craftsmanship involved.
Over these three weeks, you’ll learn:
- Our brand values, ethos, and customer-focused approach
- How to position our core products to meet customer needs
- How to operate our internal systems and manage your business day-to-day
- How to grow your franchise using our proven marketing and sales strategies
- How to plan, forecast, and manage your finances for sustainable growth
- What we can expect from each other as franchise partners
